abusive remake system

I was loading in a rank game during my match ups, after the game started the league patch crashed and forced me to fix it. It took about 5-4 minutes to finish it. When I got back into the login screen my teammates remade the game and it gave me a 100 minutes penalty. I think this is cruel for the unlucky players who has a bad set ups such as my computer which crashes randomly during the match ups and login screen. This eventually cost my promos and threw me to a lower priority queue.
