Possible to Skip from G1 to P4?

I've looked around a bit and I've seen that some people can skip Gold I to Plat V promos if they have a good enough winrate. I didn't skip my promos, as I just got to Gold I 100LP and was placed in my promotional series, 0 games played.

I was placed in Gold IV after my 10 placement games, and skipped Gold 3. I have a 68% winrate over 41 games (28 wins, 13 losses). Have been gaining about 27 LP, and on my last game went from 79 LP to 100 LP (31 point gain).

What do you guys think? Anyone skipped from Gold I to Plat IV before?
