Galio needs fixed?

One of my favorite champions in the game is Galio. Weird right! but i just can not hate him. I love his kit and hes just seems so good on paper but I stumble on were to play him and I simply refuse to play him sup for his kit just is not very good at it and i feel he deserves more :(. I honestly feel like he needs a buff. Not a big one just reduce the mana cost of his Q and E and get rid of the ability for his ult to be canceld on a knock up! Please share your opinion on Galio I would love to hear from anyone!
