Does anyone actually "like" the positional matchmaking system?

I can not tell when I have ever heard somebody say that they love or even like this new system. All through the discussion boards are people complaining on how sub-optimal this system is. I frankly do not like it at all and I wonder if anyone out there actually does. In my opinion if the general consensus of the player base is that the system is flawed and outright not fun then shouldn't Riot do something to fix that? I'm not sure...just my thoughts on the matter. I would love to hear anyone's input on if they like the system or not. P.S 3 separate encounters with Riot Support have all ended with the employee helping me out saying that they heavily dislike the system themselves as well. Who told Riot this was a good idea?

To be fair, people don't come here to say they like things, you want Reddit for that.

People might if Riot could fix bugs in a reasonable time frame or updated the systems functionality a bit more often. Might help if a few more people looked at how it worked instead of being terrified of change because it's more complicated to understand as well.

I'm finding wins on offroles dont bump my main enough.

Getting 27 lp per win in bot and 57 per win as support. But only +6 lp in bot when playing a game as support. Since bots my main role, it makes secondary or auto fill games feel like low stakes and low reward.

Still we have to play more games anyway for split points so it's not that bad
