Got Red border preventing me from Panning camera, then game crash on restart

I submitted two crash reports through the riot app following a restart of the game following the red ring of death where I couldnt move the camera. On attempted login, the game kept crashing and I had to reboot. At the same time, my premade team mate started lagging and the opposite team got a game crash too (I had played with the enemy Urgot previous game) I successfully logged back in, we won, but i got AFK

Please look into this. It wasn't my fault.
