Mordekaiser... Is he too strong?

Since the last few patches, champions have been getting reworks, buffs and nerfs. While that may be a good thing, there is always going to be one champion with crazy stats. This is where Morde comes in.

Not to get into too much detail, but his Q doubles the damage for each successive hit, 2 times. So his Q makes his first auto do lets say 50, his next would do 100, and his next 200. While this may seem like not that much, his damage only increases. I've seen a Morde hit over 1k dmg with his q, and he wasn't even at lvl 14 yet.

His W gives him free movement speed and damage.

His E has a big enough range that most champs can't get close without getting hit by it, and it gives him 15% of his max shield per champ hit.

His R allows him to get a free dragon, which a lvl 8 morde could go do baron by himself with.

It is up to you guys to decide if the ratios are balanced or not, but in my opinion, he is just too strong in this meta right now.

Sure, everybody says "just kite him". To that I say, all he has to do is build a bit of movement speed and maybe an Omen or Bork/gunblade and he is on your ass for good. Also if your team is lacking in the cc department, there is no stopping him, I mean, unless you're a nasus with 1k stacks or a vayne.

What do you guys think? Is he fine the way he is, or is he just too strong as of now?

No. Mordekaiser is not to strong. He is so easy to counter in almost any lane. The only lanes that can't counter him are melee lanes, because he is a melee champ, he can't get close enough usually without flash or a really good support. So if you think that mordekaiser is too strong, you are wrong. The support that he has with him is too strong.

yes he has a lot of damage, but it is very difficult to get into a situation where he can use it all.

I'm a low ranked play and at my ELO he can dominate pretty easy. My friends and I take him constantly in team builder games and just decimate. That said, I think its just a case of knowing how to play against him. He is strong but I don't think he is OP. I will say the dragon thing is just dumb though.

one thing. to counter mordekaiser bot duo is not to go marksman in the first place. a lot of people are playing on his game. you musnt do that

He is too strong in some ways, and too weak in others. He's not in a healthy spot.

He is artificially strong which is an obvious design flaw with this rework. It is just sad they had to ruin my favorite champion and overall motivation to keep supporting the game. But since they know best...
