TimeStamp for chat is broken

So after updating the most recent patch, my chat when talking to people has been broken. Not in game lobbies, but when you click to send a message to somebody, the timestamp is bugged.

Basically what happens is if I type, and then my friend types, and then I type again, even though I typed after my friend, my text will appear before his, as if I typed before he did.

How it should be

[12:01] ME: Hey man [12:01] HIM: Sup man [12:02] ME: Nothing much, wanna play?

How it is for me and many other friends I have

[12:01] ME: Hey man [12:01] ME: Nothing much, wanna play? [12:01] HIM: Sup man

It is very annoying.
