Make Sated a tiny bit more Interesting

I think it's weird that once Devourer is Sated jungle diminishes in interest and necessity.

I think After Sating Once, if you die, you should lose 3 stacks and have to Sate the Devourer again. It's pretty easy to do that (one dragon, or a crab + camp, or kills/assists and camp, or 3 camps) but it adds at least a little bit more interesting behavior and also there is a slight punishment for dying. I don't think you have to keep on losing stacks if you keep dying. I think that it should stay at 27 stacks until you Sate again.

I don't think it needs to go overboard, although I thought that initially. I think it's fairly balanced, except that Sating is permanent. By making it permanent it kind of makes the whole jungle irrelevant feeling. Like it doesn't really exist.

I mean the only time this would really be impactful is when the enemy team has complete control of your jungle. Then it's just not fun.

Make it stack infinitely, but the sated passive only works on monsters, allowing you to clear faster.
