I lost plat series 3 times in 3 weeks and I get against players like "Fot" who only have 6 ranked games ever played in their entire life and all wins. Please explain.

It does look like he is a smurf from his OP.GG. He may be unraked, but he has the MMR of gold 2 at least and is probably an ADC main on his main account.
