Auto Select Smite when assigned Jungle Role

Can you please make this a reality? I cant tell you how many times i've forgotten to select it at champ select. Why exactly am i given the option to not take smite when it is clearly needed to do well in this role? It should be auto selected for you if you are placed in the jungle role to avoid accidents like the one i suffer from often.

as long as it isn't locked so I can remove smite as well

I think what he's saying is he wants smite to automatically be chosen as one of the summoner spells, not have it "locked" as smite/flash.
