if lux is using her ult to clear waves, the buff changes nothing, because she can already build cdr right now

first of all, like other people have already pointed out, lux needs to actually kill a champion to get a reduced cooldown. so wave clearing with her ult does not reward her with a refund.

second, ezreal is a marksman with a considerable amount of sustained damage. his waveclear isnt tied to his ult alone. he can just... you now. auto attack minions to quickly clear waves.

and third, dont ezreals abilities reduce the cooldown on his ult even when he hits minions with them? so there you go. huge fucking difference.

In fact, after killing 6 minions with her ult, Lux is then refunded 300% cooldown on her ult, allowing her to cast it 3 times consecutively, much like Ahri's ult.
