There are people who use Singed as a support and they are really good, but Riot games just bans these playersbecause of "Unconventional playstyle" I dont understand why Riot games does this,just because they play not they role they are supposed to play with their Champs.

Playing singed support and similar unconventional playstyles is not something they ban for, provided they're still playing with the intent to win. The big singed sup controversy thing was awhile ago, the singed was unbanned, and they even made a big post surrounding their policy on these things in the follow up to make sure that the issue isn't an issue in the future.
