Something that would help balancing the game

When you think at the complexity of LoL as a game you really are impressed at the work behind it, so your toxicity goes off just thinking to all the work by people trying to constant balancing champions, champions' kits, summoner spells, items and their effects, runes, masteries, roles, map, and all the rest. Wouldn't it be easier to just delete some useless (they're useful to be stronger, but let's be real, they're just additions to something already complicated) features? Do we really need runes? Free basic statistics that we add, and that costs trillions of IP wasted like that. Do we really need masteries? I mean it's cool to experiment infinite combinations on champions, but really everyone just uses the one suggested or the most common or the strongest, so that is just become boring and masteries don't help in balancing the game. And like that, other of that stuffs.

I feel like the game would lose something, I admit it, but at least would be more fair and more balanced.

Riot shouldn't remove Runes, they should just make them free, and if you think everyone uses the same mastery page for a champion, you are very wrong. MAsteries add quite a lot of extra depth and planning.

Gotta admit you're right, as I was saying too. But masteries sometimes are just in the way of balance, if you know what I mean. I'M just looking for a plain straight game that gives everyone the possibility to beat everyone, and this is not the case.

If you are more skilled than someone, you are probably going to beat them. Masteries and runes don't change that.

Thunderlord's Decree and Courage of the Colossus would have a word with you.

All you need to know is remember which champs in your game have those masteries, and take that into account before fighting.
