Please someone consider this feature about the new client, sooner or later

Please make us choice the language of the client. We get to choose between the languages in our servers, but I'm in EUW and what if I want my client language to be japanese? I asked Riot if they would ban my account, considering the files changes I'd have to apply if I had to put it in japanese, and they told me they can't tell me to, because they might ban it accidentally even if I only change the language files, cause they can't see what I'm altering there. I studied and graduated in japanese, I really would like my language to be japanese. Why can't we choose our own language in the client?

Please consider about making this a future feature sooner or later in the client :) thanks
