Help - Queue doesn't "pop"

-I play 3's and Queue's are hella long. -I watch youtube while i wait. -but then i find a match and the client doesn't pop up in front of my browser so i miss the accept thing. Sometimes it pops, sometimes it doesn't.

How to fix?

occasionally happens in normal draft too. i multitask often and sometimes i wont pop up. usually its because i was typing or scrolling.
