How do I get out of MMR hell

I am a B4 mid laner that is currently at a 36% winrate. I started playing ranked at the season start and did pretty shit and only knew how to play a few champions. from there I put my winrate down the shitter but in that time I have really learned how to master my lanes and the champions I play. I always play Veigar because hes good against low elo players and because I always get told 1 tricking is best in low elo. The biggest problem right now is that I am matched with very dumb teams which gets me to losing streaks such as feeding trundle top laners and feeding towerdiving nasus jungle. I try to keep my cool in these games but its hard because it seems like every game I do is just a coinflip and most of the time the team I get is a joke. Its really hard to climb at this point and I want to see what u guys think and if u guys ever been here. I really dont like feeding trundles so help pls

Abandon that account and make a new one using the knowledge you now have. You can't fix your win rate now and frankly, the LP loss is just too harsh at this point. You're fighting 6 players now; 5 enemies, and the match making system.

Having a rank and then an entirely different hidden rank is pretty dumb, it amazes me it's still in place. What exactly is the point of earning a rank of its not an indication of my current skill level? Mind numbing.

  1. Find a duo who cares about ranking up as much as you do

  2. Find your highest winrate champion and play them until they are no longer viable, preferably one that can fill two positions like support and mid or adc and mid or top and jungle

  3. Play to improve, not to win and you will soon find the LP coming to you ( if you consistently improve above your rank ), rather than you searching for it

by actually enjoying it. it is only hell if you hate it. so by simply letting your hate go and liking it it will not longer be hell for you.

There is just one thing you need to realize if you wanna climb. Change this "I have dumb teams" mindset. You need to understand that you can't change other people but you can change your playstyle/skill. You are the only constant in all your games. If you always say you lost because of the others you will never try to improve yourself. Keep in mind that other players also play with these "dumb" teams and still climb.

And don't listen to this "36% isn't fixable" and "make a new account" bullshit. Just play, play, play. If you really try to improve (watching guides on YT etc.) you will climb some day.

Switch to Annie, She hasa better laning, she doesn't run out of mana, and has a no counterplay combo while also being good to carry teams by setting them up and one shotting them. then after you get better at the game knowledge-wise you can start picking up other champs.

Honestly that doesn't sound fixable at all. Either just keep playing for fun until season reset or make a new account.

Your skill level and MMR is probably somewhere on iron 2-3, you are just in bronze 4 because of the league system preventing downmotion.

Unless you greatly improve your gameplay and pick up a 10ish games win streak, you're never fixing your MMR this season. You can just keep playing for fun (I did that at plat V 0 LP hell last season i knew i would never rank up i just stopped giving a shit after a while and just tried to have fun) if that's what you want. But don't expect to fix that winrate in one or two days of playing.
