Loading in game issue

ever since the start of this week i have had this issue of the loading locking on to 100% and then not putting me in the match. it happened to me 4 times and i ended up joining the match 6 minutes late. I was put in lower priority queue for 10 minutes. i went into a bot game with my friend to see if the issue was still there and it was. when i exited the loading window i could actually hear the game being played for about 2 seconds so i dmed my friend saying if it said i disconnected or i was just at the spawn the whole time and he said i never disconnected until 7 minutes into the game which is about the time i closed my window. is anyone else experiencing this issue and does someone have a fix?
