What is the status on TwistedFate ? I really believe he should be a card slinging dealer that he should be. Because right now i feel like his abilities arent doing that to the fullest potential.

Id like to know what his projectile speed for his Q is? I cant find the correct speed, but i found 1000 through the web. Why he only gets a small amount of Att Speed from his E? Idc about the base 0.651, but he only gets 30% at MAX rank? That was Patch 3.7 were in 5.14! Wheres the QoL?

1000 projectile speed on his Q is slow as hell! Im pretty sure Anivias Q is about 1500 or 1600 or Lux as well. Twisted Fate should be dishing out cards faster than he is at the moment (IMO). Granted his pick up in the competitive play is awesome n all but its like for a casual player who played Normals/Ranked back n forth, trying to play an assassin style mage whos mechanics/kit right now isn't clearly identifying him as said assassin im just looking for thoughts from somebody at Riot who thinks this as well. I know most of what im asking about is his ability to throw his cards faster but that's mainly what im curious about.

The only problem TF has is if there is a fizz on the enemy team.

He can build Card slinger. Based on his Old Champ spot light, he could also build AD as well.

But in the grand scheme of his kit, that's not really what he wants to provide to his team. For starters, If you are to get the most out of his Gate, he needs to kill his Target as fast as possible, before his opponent either escapes, or turns on him. This means that he wants burst. Secondly, as a mage, you really want to be able to clear wave. You best do this if you have enough AP to clear the minions with his wild cards, or wild cards + red card.

His Burst mage build works better with his Global pressure.
