They dont. One of them takes priorty. Read it somewhere. Also tried it on evelyn as she uses q every .3 seconds procin rylais and her e gives her 120%+ att speed for a perfect frost mallet. Only one item triggers.

While technically they would both be able to trigger on the same target, slows haven't stacked on a target for a long time. The greater slow is applied.

Slows don't stack. Only the strongest one at any given time is applied.
