Postional ranking system

So this is basically a rant of what I think and just wanted to see if you guys wanted to discuss it any further.

The idea of having positional rankings seems good as to give a reason why players should try when they aren't on their main roles. In reality though, no one really wants to deal with getting put in an off role in a lower elo. Auto fill itself is good for queue timers, but if someone of higher rankings (Diamond 1+) gets put into off roles just for the sake of queue times isn't fair to them since they have worked so hard just for their rank. People who are willing to give position rankings a try usually have champions for each role. Which most players don't do or don't put time into learning other roles. The fact that you have to play a total of 45 games minimum just for full placements in each role is kind of draining. Why should someone have to grind out ranks in other roles when they can just learn them in normal games. To me, it seems like you guys at Riot games are trying to turn ranked into normal games where you have free rain over whatever rank you are on that role. With there also being flex queue it just doesn't make sense why people just cant use that queue for other roles none the less of just playing normal games. Its just my thoughts as I have been playing this game for a long time and I don't really want to have this implemented into the game. You guys say you listen to feed back but you mainly either listen to high masters + players or people who are below gold. Anyway thanks for reading and have a good one.
