Servers dropping packets but sever status says all Green?

Here I am streaming youtube, checking facebook and other online applications and not a single issue of packet loss, but I can't connect to league. I get kicked from game and can't connect leading to I am sure a ton of reports, probably even a ban. Just wanted to say thanks Riot for the accurate server status updates.

Is your ISP Charter? Charter seems to be affecting many games right now, including League. Others on reddit have also reported the issue is happening to them and they have Charter.
