Riot Started Placing Me With Toxic People Because I Got Reported

I was climbing ELO like any other day, and I got a good win streak, then I got back to gold and was super happy. But then I had a bunch of games where I guess my MMR was too high for me to handle, so I fed and got tilted. Then I got upset and when my team raged at me I didn't just ignore it and I raged back, which I admit was wrong, but then after a few games I noticed a startling trend. I started getting matched with people who were already super tilted in match making. Normally I do not believe in ELO hell as I think everyone has an equal chance of winning but when every champ select starts out with toxicity, I start to fear there is a hidden punishment system. Ether ban me or something, but don't give me a team of tilters and expect me to reform off that, its literally hell. I deleted all my credit card info, you are never getting a single dime from me for this hidden punishment system you have, I miss the tribunal, where things were fair. You can scroll down my match history and see how I went a good solid couple of days winning and having fun, and now its like super loss streaks, and the attitude of my teams has drastically changed even before the match starts. Idk what to do, since stopping will not change who riot matches me with. I guess I can just go to bronze, I stopped caring about winning now anyways. Good system riot, 8/8 definitely getting overwatch now.
