Riot Insulting New players

I really enjoy the handicap placed against new players who cannot edit their own rune pages. I love playing against them because of the EXTREME advantage given to me because of Riot's TRASH per-determined rune pages that haven't changed since release. I think it is a good idea to insult the new player's intelligence based on the fact that the 5 options may be a little too complicated for them.

SO than...........

Wait. I'm the new player. I'm getting trashed on and flamed because of the inefficient rune pages that I cannot even edit until I make it to level 15. Which, is nearly impossible minus getting carried once a day because I constantly play against strong META champs like DH Miss Fortune, Miss every skill shot ZEDs, or 0/4 still one shot you Master Yi.

Damn. League has gone to the toilet. And, if i might add, according to the forums, Riot does not care or plan to change anything one bit.
