How does Riot make Champions? Do they say "here's a red haired Noxian assassin, make a kit that fits it." or "hey lets make a living beyblade" and let the art and lore teams cook up Katarina. Also will there ever be a release of concept art for champions that a) were not final, or better yet b) were never finished.
