Shame on you Riot

How did a group that prides themselves on balance and avoiding toxic game play, allow ekko to hit live and not get ratio adjustments. look at zed and kat. 2 very effective assassins, MOST of there abilities don't have high ratio scaling. but they still carry games when the abilities are used in tandem and on the proper target . ekko has ridiculously high ratios which out weighs all the counter play of a squishy assassin and the limitations one should have.

It just seems to me after irelia, katarina, leblanc, and kassadin. Riot would have learned how to make the proper adjustments to champions in advance. Instead they continue to troll the community by releasing champions at 120% with the intention of reeling them back in in a patch or 2, only to encourage players to spend money on a champ they don't have IP for because of the extra power that wont be there after the are brought back to a normal 100%. Riot knows what they are doing, they know ekko is "broken" they released him that way for a reason. once they profit from sales they will irelia him into shit.
