Darius Q too slow

The Q suffered more nerfs than buffs. The increased Damage at the blades end is nice but doesn't have the overall sustained DPS the old Q had with less AD scaling. The reason for this is the CD hasnt changed much but the windup before cast ads nearly a second to the ability naturally. easy math old darius 3 casts at max rank was 9 seconds. the same CDR on new darius is 12 seconds do to the abilities 1 second windup. its a nerf in disguise. The only thing i do like is the heal. so i am not too perturbed by this but i still feel he could benefit in early laning from some tweaks. he just feels too clunky now.
