How to nerf vayne in an easy way that doesn't require much changes.

Nerf her base health from 498 to 480. Increase her scaling health by 2 per level. makes her health equal at lvl 9 Nerf her base armor by 1 Increase her armor scaling by .2 per level - makes her armor equal at lvl 6

Results it weakens her early game making her skill floor higher to survive the laning phase if vayne makes a mistake. It makes it easier to expliot her early game and it doesn't require these funky numbers that they have on the PBE, and it doesn't destroy her identity as a duelist.

Then for just make it so that it true bonus damage is cut in half for range champions. That way it can't be abused as efficiently by vayne or other adcs.
