Janna's win rate will most likely drop in a day or so - my estimate is that she'll be as bad as release day Ornn, Kaisa, and Pyke.

W: Zephyr

Slow increased from 24/28/32/36/40% to 40/45/50/55/60%

New Effect Zephyr now reduces enemy champions AD by 5/10/15/20/25

E: Eye of the Storm

Shield strength increased from 70/105/140/175/210 to 105/140/175/210/245

While most champions struggle to get 50% win-rate currently. Yet Janna get's to be an exception as always, to receive a buff even though Janna's shield now decays instead of having a shorter duration like the other supports.
