If you take Phase Rush on tahm kench and eat an enemy it removes the slow he gets and grants him movement speed while holding an enemy. It gives a 75% slow reduction to him which makes his 95% slow on his w almost gone and then it gives a movement speed buff so he ends up moving faster then he should.

Against melee match up like Sion, Ornn, Jarvan or even Pantheon, he can do well. If you get counterpicked into a match up like Kennen, have fun.
