Riot can you reduce the exp it takes to get to level 31, ive been at it for a solid 4 years and i still dont have it. Not even faker has gotten this level. i figured if you remove the ability to get exp boosts at 30 can the level just not be so hard to obtain. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

A while ago, Riot reduced exp needed to get 30 lvl by half. But not after 30. Maybe, that's the reason, why getting 31 lvl seems so long?
