Conqueror on ADCs?
Since conqueror got its mini rework thing and now it can be refreshed by tanged champions, is it viable to take it on champions such as Ashe, or Caitlyn for help against tanks and just moar damage in general?

I think it's only really good on ADCs if you're facing two or more tanky champions, when you have targets that are gonna have a lot of resistances and fights are going to be long. Otherwise, the other keystones are just better.

Only ADC who used to use Conqueror was Draven but he's now using PTA.
No, it only lasts for 3 seconds on ranged so it falls off super quick
also cut down is a rune to help with tanks
