Honestly... I miss this item, I used to pick this on Bard. It wasn’t that op, until they decided to make this item strong for the last time. Almost been a year since it was remove. We won’t forget you.

Yeah I miss it too. I used to buy it top lane when I was facing some of the difficult AP matchups.
