Yes riot ty, a champion that will do 400 dmg with his q and his ult being bork overtime, a really weird e (shaped like something weird), and his w gives him strong attack speed and movement speed, not to mention how tanky he will be and how much dmg he will do, he loses to almost no one, you dont have to be good as him, fed, or have any experience whatsoever. You need 1500 AD to do this, ignoring Armor.
Spell blade doesn't count, given that there are other champions out there that use TF better and/or at faster rates.
