That small nerf did nothing to Ekko jungle and he's still terrorizing solo queue. He is good at all stages of the game and he full clears with ease. Please remove the W stun on monsters. I think if this is removed from his kit he won't be able to clear as fast and he can find his place in the mid lane solely.

It did? His win rate is now 50% exactly.
Riot aren't going to remove him from the jungle (much to my own chagrin). That's why they buffed his passive damage to monsters and why they elected to nerf the damage on his passive rather than flat out remove it.
