Most Outdated LoL champion?

While Riot has been reworking a lot of old champion and making them more interesting, who are the champions that got left in the dust?

For me Fiddlestick has been a problem champion for some time. His clear is slow, is vulnerable to invade, has a clunky kit, and a nonexistent lord. He just doesn't fit into the current state of League of Legends, as in the past 4 years

I think Tryn and Panth are very outdated Tryn - RNG early in lane makes playing against him a matter of dice rolls instead of skill, and low teamfight potential / split push only late game Panth - point and click damage / CC. He's basically a walking stat check.
