Olafs intentionally losing games

I played 2 games today where the jungle purposefully lost the game, both of which were Olaf (With different Accounts).The 1st one made no effort to defend the base even though he could've easily killed the lone Master Yi and the 2nd one sat in his jungle all game and never helped us in the later part of the game. He also intentionally ran into the enemy team during the last few minute.

It's probably just a coincident but have anyone encountered any players like this today?
