I need help as Pantheon Top

Hey guys, For those who play Pantheon top or top lane in general, I need help. So, I have no problem winning my lane as Pantheon. But, I still need help. After I'm like winning, I'm not sure if I should split push or go help others lanes. Helping out other lanes, esp bot lane, is hard esp as Pantheon u go ignite+flash. And you need to move for a certain distance b4 u ult. So, after I'm like winning my lane as Pantheon top, when is it better to split push and when is it better to help out the team? Thanks!

It's usually better to roam, especially if you can snowball botlane and possibly take a drake or tower off it, it's really worth it. However, denying your opponent CS and possibly chainkilling them might also work.

I tend to roam, but I have a team helping tendency (which is why I found myself playing tanks more). After that first tower is down I just go help another lane or act as a second ganker.
