Alright you gotta understand Riot, is a company, not a catering company with money to spend whenever they want. They have to appeal to a big audience, while trying to make esports, their biggest source of money very efficient. Reworks are something we can't control. Maybe Riot can give refunds to butchered champs that players think suck because of those reworks, Riot doesn't listen too much for concepts on champions, items and big gameplay changes. We all know who was reworked well, so this thread is pretty redundant.
