my question is if for example u play as darius and u wanna go tank build
what is the best items to go for if the enemy teams yasuo is fed already? wich tank gears shall i aim for ?

are always the best items against a Yasuo that's fed or in late-game. Frozen heart reduces AS, which basically all his damage is reliant on, Randuin's has the crit damage reduction and further AS slow, tabis reduces AA damage (which is basically all of Yasuo's damage), and Yasuo is actually really reliant on 
's sustain to get through a teamfight, so reducing it with (or 
if you're feeling aggressive) is extremely effective against him.
However, as Darius, still get

, because you're one of the biggest threats to him late-game, due to your immense durability, damage, and him having to enter your threat range, rather than you having to move to where you can do something to him.
