So I worked all day to finally get level 40, (I'm saving up for Vi,) and I received absolutely nothing. I see other people have gotten special capsules?? I didn't get anything at all. What's going on?!

The same thing just happened to me today. i'm really frustrated because i dont think there is anything we can do to get these capsules right now UPDATE: just hit level 41, and again, no capsules. this is starting to really piss me off, and riot has shown no sign of fixing it

I reached level 40 yesterday as well, and received nothing in my loot. I submitted a bug report, and I really hope riot will give out our missing rewards once they fix the issue, instead of simply fixing it and not offering compensation to those that were affected by it
