League of Legends Support Page Is Broken?

I'm having a lot of problems with my client. The clubs tab in my profile is blacked out, I can't access my match history, my emoted tab is giving me the EM05 error, and the home screen with all the new information wont load. The biggest problem is the fact that I can't send in a support ticket. Anyone know what's up with the support page?
