Stop banning toxic people, make a separate Queue for them instead.

There's this other MOBA. Where you're placed in a Low Priority Queue if you're reported for toxic or leave too many games.

What does "Low Priority" Mean? It means that you'll enter a separate queue called "Low Priority" where you'll be playing with people with the same offenses to the rules. Meaning everyone in your team in that game is either "toxic" or "afks". The only way to get out of "Low Priority" queue is to successfully complete (win or lose) 3 games in low priority.

Now , is there a reason why cannot do that here? I didn't learn anything being told "don't run with scissors" until I actually fell and injured myself with the scissors. I don't think people learn anything from being soft banned or permabanned when they'll go "lul ill just play another game" or "lul xd make another account".

Riot has stated in the past that the "Prisoner's Island" idea doesn't appeal to them.

Riot does not like that type of concept and frankly neither do i. It doesn't help the player get less toxic and just promotes their toxicity so the instant they get out of "low priority" they would just keep doing the exact same thing over and over except this time it could be even worst. Very few people will actually reform in such a system to the point that sending people in such a queue is just asking for them to become worst people. If you ban them then at least they have a chance to reform since they have some time to think about what they have done and what they have lost instead of "welp time to be a bigger dick next time!"

They would need to be in the toxic queue for 30-300 games, not 3.

Say what you want, but the Game itself makes People get toxic too.

I play this Game since the Beta now and i can say the Peoples behaviour and their Skill got really worse.

Many People like me, dont have much time to play after their work.

When you get an Leaver/Feeder (who do this on purpose) or whatever in your Team, its just wasted time.

Tribunal or the banning System should be live and permanent. You should be able to kick Persons out of the Game and get a new one instead live when you are playing.
