Any good tips for team fighting with assasins or Diana specifically?

Was wondering exactly how to team fight with assassins. I have tried flanking but when I do that the enemy team focuses me down and I usually end up dying. Maybe i'm not doing it right. Any tips?

Pick off the enemy carry when they react to your team :/ i think thats it lol

My Tips *Engage from flank like below poster mentions in team fights on ADC. *Engage were you can take ADC out and then save Flash for Disengage over wall *Run around Join Team Fight.
