Balance Donger
The way I see it, 
is really annoying, broken and has crazy scaling. I am not saying that they should nerf his scaling. What I think should be done are two things:
- His turrets should consume mana per second while they're active.
- His turrets should die immediately after he dies.
and trash his turrets into killing the donger himself.
