Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't GP supposed to be a lane bully? With his current kit he is forced to use his q to farm or else he won't get the silver serpents required to upgrade his ult. This means he can't bully his lane opponent with his q or else he has to sacrifice a ton of serpents. I suggest getting to choose one of the 3 ult upgrades each time GP puts a point in his ult and getting rid of the silver serpents so that way GP can be an effective lane bully again.

The idea is to use his passive for it, and to bully/zone with barrels

I do like the gameplay dynamic of having to choose to farm or harass, and I feel barrels, if used properly, let you do both well, but I also agree that I think initial pricing on ult upgrades is a bit high.

Overall, I think the TOTAL price of 1500 may be fine, but I think it should be on a 250 - 500 - 750 scale instead so it's a bit more lenient if you are in a lane where harassment is key.
