I find curious how some NA pro players complain about lag

I find curious how some NA pro players complain about lag, even if their ping is 30, when in Italy (yes, I'm italian) our ping is between 70-350 and we get half second of freeze because we have a bunch of packets loss every 10 seconds, so that the game freeze for half second. No, i'm not blaming NA players, I just hate Telecom Italia and EUW servers.
