Poll: Should Riot Prevent Teammates from Banning Pre-Selected Champs?

In Draft, people are allowed to ban champions that other people have indicated they want to use in the game. This creates an issue, where if someone's pre-selected champ is banned by a teammate, it trolls and griefs an entire team, and especially that one team's player. Personally, I have seen this lead to higher loss rates with teams that had a pre-selected champ banned, as well, and I would bet that the data also shows that.

Please vote on this poll, and let Riot know what the community thinks about banning pre-selected champs in drift. Should Riot prevent that from happening? Should Riot implement some sort of voting system, similar to a surrender vote, that requires two or three other team votes to ban the selected champ?
