I have my champions for mid and top and now I just want to try some more ADCs like I have the champions I play for ADC already so should I get her as well? Nothing to lose really if you ask me but I've heard people saying she's bad.

Fuhrer Usagi1 votesDepends on how much AD you stack. I either see an average Kai'Sa who doesn't stack a lot of AD. Or an op Kai'Sa who is flashing around two shotting everyone. I think the people saying she's bad are the people who don't want to see her in their matches anymore. Kind like Yasuo.
Sinister Anubis1 votesShe is in a bad state given i do play her a lot you can look at my match history. She is fun to play but she doesn't fair well right now given she only has a 500 attack range currently and her E locks her out of attacking until the channel is completed, also her ulti ange does not match her W range both go in hand and hand given you want to use it some times to gap close. I also feel it takes way to long to upgrade her abilitys i find even when i stack AD i wont get my Q upgrade till about 15 minutes into the game and thats even with a few kills. At about 18+ minutes i may or may not have my E upgraded by then. Unless you go a hybrid build you will never get your W upgraded, and the hybrid build is meh at best. Build paths are weird on her because of her skills needing to be upgraded as well.
With all that being said if you really want her you will need to invest lots of time trying to play her not only mechanically but efficiently to find good build paths to work well with her and her ability upgrades.

webstar19951 votesPeople just think she's bad because she is very hard to get used to and has a high skill cap and a low winrate for now. Give it a month and then look at her winrate Plat+. I bet it will be above 50%. I think she is very strong. You should get her and practice her in top, mid, jg, and adc just to get the hang of her in multiple situations. Top and mid build are different than her adc build though but still meet her requirements for her upgrades. She will probably get nerfed once people find her true power. ( i have and it is disgusting ) watch Gosu play her. He says, "she feels like a weak Vayne" then later he goes, " oh shit i'm broken." and gets a penta.
