Minimap Click Delay

Is anyone else experiencing this? Whenever I click on the minimap it takes like a second and a half to switch to that view (This is when my screen is locked) When can Riot fix this? Is it intentional?

I hope it isn't intentional, they already gutted SoloQ Shen due to the absurd damage meta, but most global ult champions got nerfed due to it
