More stable nerfs

This wasn't the first time riot had done this before, but riot always needs about 3 or more nerfs to make the champion being stable. For example, Sylas nerf, riot absolutely ruined the champion and now they are buffing it again as like riot's balance team knows nothing about this game. The recent Mordekaiser's rework made him way overturned, but riots answer to this broken as fk champion is to nerf his base stats by a tiny, inconspicuous bit and yet Mordekaiser is still busted as fk. I beg you riot, please just fire the balance team you guys have rn and hire some actually experienced league players. when it comes to balance, it is becoming a really big disappointment from you guys.
